We are looking for an operations manager to run our business in the San Francisco area. You will directly lead a team of 25 employees. This includes:
• Hiring new housekeepers and managing the onboarding process
• Training new housekeepers on our cleaning operations
• Ensuring our customers are happy and issues are resolved timely and effectively
• Managing our employees to deliver quality services and resolve issues as they arise.

2+ years of previous cleaner management experience
